The annual Rising Stars award honours individuals who have made significant contributions to the fund finance industry, their firm and their clients. The award also places emphasis on professional achievements – including outstanding client service, innovative products and services, diversity and inclusion efforts, career development, mentoring, and network building.

Prior to joining Dawson in 2018, Andrew worked in investment banking. Since joining Dawson, he has been instrumental in the growth of the Firm and has held a number of roles within the organization, including being a key member of its investment team and strategy/innovation (Strategic Management) team before joining Portfolio Management, which among other things leads fund finance initiatives at the Firm. He has been critical to the initiation and execution of our systematic portfolio and LP-level financing strategies, having led nearly ~$1.5B in fund finance transactions.
