Dawson Expands Partnership and Announces Year-End Promotions

TORONTO, December 17, 2024 – Dawson Partners (“Dawson” or the “Firm”), a global alternative asset manager focused on providing innovative structured solutions to the private markets, is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership and its other year-end promotions, effective January 1, 2025.
Leadership team members Matt Kuchinsky, General Counsel; Jenn McGoey, Chief Compliance Officer; and Chris Englert, Chief Technology Officer have been made Partners at Dawson. This brings the partnership to eleven individuals spanning across the Firm’s six business pillars.

In addition, the following individuals have been promoted with the creation of new roles within Dawson. This is a significant step in further institutionalizing the Firm.
- Nadeem Kheraj and Jamie Tucker have been promoted to Co-Heads of Secondaries Solutions, Asset Management
- Ian Gillespie has been promoted to Head of GP Solutions, Asset Management
- Sandy McArthur has been promoted to Head of Active Portfolio Management, Portfolio Management
- Chelvan Sivayogapathy has been promoted to Head of Project Management, Capital Management
The other senior role promotions include:

- Stephen Novalski, Senior Vice President, People & Culture
- Arthur Shaver, Senior Vice President, Investment Finance
- Tim Lu, Senior Principal, Asset Management
- Michelle Alexander, Senior Principal, Portfolio Management
- Andrew Howard, Senior Principal, Portfolio Management
- Alexandra Stawecka-Lacina, Vice President, Treasury
A further 31 individuals were promoted to other levels and roles across Dawson. This brings the total year-end promotions to 46, which represents over 20% of the Firm.
