TORONTO, July 14, 2026 – Dawson Partners, a global alternative asset manager (“Dawson” or the “Firm”), is pleased to announce the closing of a US$1.8 billion structured liquidity solution with a long-standing institutional partner.

The transaction provides a structured liquidity solution to the counterparty to enable the counterparty to accelerate liquidity and tactically reallocate their portfolio, while sharing in any future upside. The portfolio consists of a diversified private assets portfolio with a net asset value of over US$1.8 billion across 30 fund interests and more than 500 underlying assets.

Designed as an alternative to a traditional secondary sale, Dawson’s structured solution provides the institutional partner with liquidity while maintaining alignment with the long-term performance of the portfolio through the ability to participate in potential future upside.
