Dawson Partners announced the successful closing of a US$1 billion GP-Led collateralized fund obligation (CFO) product (Dawson Logan 6) and expansion of its Structured Products team with two senior hires. This transaction marks Dawson’s sixth GP-Led CFO issuance since 2022.

To date, Dawson has completed approximately US$5.2 billion of GP-Led CFO issuances, with capital being invested into underlying Dawson vehicles and investments. The GP-Led CFOs have received strong support from a broad global investor base, including insurance companies, asset managers, and other financial institutions.
